World of Warcraft Patch 2.4: more changes to the UI

Hype is building up for World of Warcraft's Patch 2.4 with the release of Blizzard's "concise list" of changes to the UI. Among these were changes to visual settings, inventory management, events, combat logging and more.

However, this may not be the final list as it is; more may be added in the future. Blizzard has recently released two more additions to the upcoming changes in the UI for Patch 2.4, as revealed by Blizzard posters Rislyn and Slouken:

Players can now toggle the display of Friendly and Enemy player names, as well as their pets and creations. You can toggle cosmetic pet names too.
icon = GetItemIcon(item): This information is available if the item exists, even if GetItemInfo() returns nil.
