With testing for Blizzard's World of Warcraft's patch 2.4.3 well under way, it looks like we're getting treated to an initial batch of undocumented changes, courtesy of the players in the PTRs. For one, several epic gems can now be purchased for 800 Arena Points each, aside from being purchased normally via honor points (via MMO Champion):

Aside from the gems, various new bags, items, and mounts have also reportedly been added to WoW. It's interesting to note that we're looking at a couple of disco-themed goods, and Brewfest-inspired Kodo beast mounts. We've listed some of the PTR's undocumented changes below, though you will want to keep on the lookout in case any more are announced.

• Diluted Ethereum Essence - Allows you to detect lesser invisibility for 30 sec without causing brain damage... probably.
• Ethereal Mutagen - Right-Click to apply this mutagen to a targeted Non-Combat Pet, modifying its physical form for as long as it remains at its master's side.
• Ethereal Liqueur - A sweet alcoholic concoction that may have odd effects on fleshy imbibers.

• Summon Nether Ray Fry - Right Click to summon and dismiss your nether ray fry.
• Swift Zhevra - Summons and dismisses a rideable Swift Zhevra. This is a very fast mount.
• Headless Horseman's Flying Mount - Summons and dismisses a rideable Headless Horseman's Mount.
