 If you had to start a World of Warcraft collection, you can go for something more tangible than game mods, represent-your-hood-er-guild tabards, or crafted jewels not for your ladylove. There are always those collectible figurines coming from DC Direct, which now see the light of day courtesy of Raving Toy Maniac. RTM reports that they will hit the shelves by October 24, 2007, though we are yet to know how much these things will cost. The figures available include,
- Orc Shaman: Rehgar Earthfury
- Dwarf Warrior: Thargas Anvilmar
- Blood Elf Rogue: Valeera Sanguinar
- Undead Warlock: Meryl Felstorm
Meanwhile, the Valeera figure pretty much demonstrates why Blizzard made a wise choice in making the Blood Elves a Horde race in The Burning Crusade, and eliminating their only rumored and remaining weakness among humans: the inability to score dates on Valentines' Day without some heavy alchemy.
