World of Warcraft: weird email circulating - Image 1 


World of Warcraft gamers, you might want to double-check whether your email claiming to come from Blizzard is authentic before giving out personal information. A gamer has reported in the WoW forums that he has recently received a phishy email (pardon the pun).

Blizzard poster Vaneras has confirmed that the email wasn't from them, as the poster wisely posited. One big giveaway that the email was a scam was that the site it linked to was in Russian. Perhaps another giveaway is the email's bad spelling and grammar:
