With much news about the attunement issues that will be taking place when the Wrath of the Lich King comes along, it's causing much confusion among the avid and concerned players of Blizzard's World of Warcraft. Blue poster Vaneras made an announcement to end the uncertainties being held by the gamers.
Vaneras started his announcement by saying that:
The subject of attunement comes up all the time. We're researching design and technical options for the future when it comes to attunements. For example, we'd love it if once you earned your Karazhan Key or Heroic Keys, your max level alts had access to those areas as well. If we had the ability to do this, we probably would have left Heroic attunement at Revered rather than Honored.
In addition to this, he said that they also looking into the concept of guild or raid attunements as well. There won't be promises made on this since they'll have to overcome issues before they can start implementing it.
Also, Vaneras said that they interested in doing server events that would open up more content in the game. A good example was the Sunwell Barriers that they implemented early on.
Finally, before ending the announcement, he said that he can't make any promises for the upcoming expansion since they are
still undecided on it. He added that, "We want to do a better job and are currently exploring the
options."
