Blizzard's World of Warcraft MMORPG - Image 1Players have reported that the mote clouds in Nagrand seem to be missing in World of Warcraft. This has lead many to wonder if Blizzard intentionally removed it or if they have discovered yet another bug.

Thankfully, Community Manager Nethaera was patrolling the forums when this question was posed. She quickly got hold of the Quality Assurance department and inquired about this.

The good news is that the gas clouds were not nerfed. However, she added that the problem with the respawn rate will only be fixed in patch 2.3.2. So those looking for these gas clouds will have to wait for the next patch before they can start harvesting more motes.

Fortunately, the spawn rates seem to be okay on the latest Public Test Realm build. A player on the WoW Forums mentioned that he was able to get 25 motes in one run though Nagrand and 16 more with a second pass.
