World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King - Image 1Everyone knows that there has been some leaked information about the contents of the World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Alpha testing phase. Well, you're not going to be seeing this info on the official forums of the game.

Community Manager Nethaera took the time to remind the community of the penalties for posting information about unreleased or hacked data files on the forums.

She cited the rules and guidelines which stated that the showing of unreleased in-game items, equipment, or areas that have been unlocked by hacking into data files or showing the results of hacking or tampering with the game's MPQ files is punishable by a permanent ban from the forums. In addition, discussion or any display of data not available through normal game play is also punishable by banning.

Even if you weren't the source of the information, simply talking about it can get you banned from the forums permanently. So be advised of these restrictions if you don't want to be banned from the official World of Warcraft forums.
