Before you guys get excited about the new area that will come with World of Warcraft patch 2.4, you may want to pay attention first to the Outlands area known as Razorthorn Rise that is not frequently being visited by players.

The place itself can be found between the Hellfire Peninsula and Terokkar Forest, just above the Razorthorn Shelf. There's only one quest concerning this area and that's probably why not all players know about its existence.

However, one tipster had revealed that after visiting Razorthorn Rise, he learned that the place is home to level 70 ravagers and flayers. The tipster also said that he believes that the former will make good Hunter pets.

Some players concurred that prior to the latest developments being implemented by Blizzard in the Public Test Realm (PTR), Razorthorn Rise used to be empty and a desolate land. It is only now that Blizzard has decided to utilize the place.
