Wow forums: 10-man raids - Image 1Doing raids for Blizzard's World of Warcraft can be fun. You can get new equipments and finish quests with fellow gamers. Now regarding raids, Lunati of the Drak'thul realm posted that in doing 10-man raids, there shouldn't be a one week reset on the raiding content when Wrath of the Lich King comes along.

She said this because she figured that 10-man raids are considered to be the stepping stones for smaller guilds. It lets them get enough people for high end content. Having a 1 week reset time makes it difficult as far as trying to get the people geared for it. She added that a 25-man raid would make more sense in the process.

As a response to this post, Blizzard blue poster Bornakk said:

While reset timers are not things we have finalized at this point, but we do put a lot of thought into them and based on more than just the number of people it is designed for we will do what is best for the game.

In preparation for a big fan base such as World of Warcraft, Blizzard has thought about the fine details regarding mechanics of the game as it is seen in Bornakk's post.
