It seems that Lucilebluth from the Cenarius realm has encountered a bug when she was doing the Capturing the Keystone quest. She noticed that the quest item needed for the quest doesn't drop on heroic difficulty.

She noted that Blizzard could fix this problem so that players won't have to spend time trying to finish the quest while getting a few badges.

In response to the concern of Lucilebluth, Blizzard blue poster Hortus had this to say, " Hi, Lucilebluth, this is a bug and will be completable in heroic mode in an upcoming patch."
