Anyone who's ever spent countless hours playing World of Warcraft may have noted, at some point, that the druids weren't scoring pretty well in the look-o-meter. For that, the devs behind the MMO have decided to give the nasty buggers fresh new textures for two major forms - the cat and bear. There's gonna be five different designs for each of these forms for the Horde and the Alliance, so they really went mad with the druid updating. More after the jump.

When it comes to iPhones and World of Warcraft, this won't be the first video showing how the latter could run on the former, with most of them being empty claims and mere mock-ups. Blizzard to WoW add-on devs: comply with new add-on policies by May 19 or be "contacted directly"

Blizzard has set May 19 as the deadline for any add-on devs to comply with the company's new add-on development policy which prohibits add-on authors from charging for their add-ons and from soliciting for any donations in-game, among other things.

The reason why you're not having fantastical dogfights in World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King right now lies in the physics. As in, it wasn't polished enough. That's what WoW's Tom Chilton revealed in the latest Blizzard podcast. The same podcast also featured senior Diablo III artist Mike Nicholson, who admitted that the new UI for Diablo 3 drew a lot of inspiration from WoW's UI.

With the World of Warcraft subscriber base climbing to an impressive 11.5 million just last December, it seems there's no stopping Wrath of the Lich King from conquering everything he sets his eyes on. That is, until the almighty warlord ran into a force much greater than him - the Chinese government. A conservative Christian Investment firm, The Timothy Plan, puts out a warning for parents on getting some games for their kids for the holidays. For that, they put out a list of the 30 "most offensive" video games out there today. The list includes your usual suspects, but The Timothy Plan flags games that ring the gay-dar, even those little negligible things like Niko Bellic turning down gay ads in online dating.
